Starter is a 5-page modern site with AI chat and lead capture — flat $5,000. The Custom build adds custom design and the full automation suite: quote generation, email/SMS follow-up sequences, CRM pipeline, booking, payments, review requests, and a 90-day support retainer. Pricing is scoped on the call based on what you actually need. Both ship with AI baked in, not bolted on.
How long does a build take?
3 weeks for Starter. Custom builds usually run 4–6 weeks depending on scope. Fixed timeline — we ship multiple builds in parallel, so the calendar matters. If we miss it, we eat the overrun.
Who owns the code, and where does it live?
You do. You get the full source code, your domain stays in your name, and the site deploys to your own hosting account (Vercel, Netlify, Cloudflare — your call). Nothing is locked behind a proprietary builder or sitting on our servers. If you ever want to walk away from us, you keep everything.
What if I don't have a website yet?
Greenfield builds are usually faster — we skip the 'migrate the old content' step. Same flat fee on Starter, often a shorter timeline.
What if I don't like the design?
Two revision rounds on Starter, three on the Custom build. If you still don't love it after the last revision, we keep iterating until you do. You don't pay the balance until you approve launch.
Is the AI extra?
No. AI chat, lead capture with instant AI reply, and the basic automations are included on Starter. Quote generation, email/SMS sequences, booking, payments, and review automations live on the Custom build.
