What we collect
When you interact with Kynzen Labs, we collect only what you give us directly: your email (if you subscribe to the newsletter or submit the web-audit form), business contact details you share on inquiry forms, and any information you share during a booked call, audit engagement, or build project. If you use the AI chatbot on the homepage, the content of your messages is sent to Anthropic (the operator of Claude) so the assistant can generate a response.
How we use it
We use your information to deliver the services you've engaged us for (audit reports, web rebuilds, AI implementation work), to send newsletters you opted into, and to follow up on inquiries. We don't sell your data. We don't share it with third parties except the tools we use to run the business: Resend for email, Google Workspace for lead-pipeline storage, Render / Vercel for hosting, and Anthropic for the AI chatbot. Each of these vendors has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data we send them.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from any email we send with one click. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing hello@kynzen.io. If you're in the EU, UK, or California, you have additional rights under GDPR and CCPA — email us and we'll handle the request.
