Privacy Policy
What we collect
When you interact with Kynzen Labs, we collect only what you give us directly: your email (if you subscribe to the newsletter or sign up for the community), payment details (processed by Stripe, we never see card numbers), and any information you share during a booked call or audit engagement. If you use the AI chatbot on the homepage, the content of your messages is sent to Anthropic (the operator of Claude) so the assistant can generate a response.
How we use it
We use your information to deliver the services you've purchased (community access, workshop enrollment, audit reports, implementation work), to send product updates and newsletters you opted into, and to keep your account secure. We don't sell your data. We don't share it with third parties except the tools we use to run the business: Stripe for payments, Resend for email, Clerk for authentication, Render / Vercel for hosting, and Anthropic for the AI chatbot. Each of these vendors has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data we send them.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from any email we send with one click. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing hello@kynzen.io. If you're in the EU, UK, or California, you have additional rights under GDPR and CCPA — email us and we'll handle the request.
