Terms of Service
The basics
By using Kynzen Labs services (the community, workshops, AI audits, or implementation work), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the services. We reserve the right to update these terms as the business grows — material changes will be announced to active members and customers.
Community and workshops
Community memberships are billed monthly and can be cancelled any time with no penalty. Workshop seats are non-refundable within 48 hours of the scheduled date, but fully transferable to another attendee. Any resources you receive (templates, prompts, workflows, recordings) are licensed for your own business use, not for resale.
AI audits and implementation
Every audit and implementation engagement is governed by a signed scope of work with its own milestones, deliverables, and payment terms. The audit report is yours to keep regardless of whether you move into an implementation. If we can't deliver what was scoped, we refund you — no drama.
No guarantees on outcomes
We build systems. We don't promise revenue, cost savings, or specific business outcomes — those depend on how you use what we build. We're operators ourselves, and we'll tell you up front if we don't think something will work for your business.
